The Fine Print

Minimum 30 days notice must be provided in writing by email to [email protected] to deactivate this service. All monthly subscriptions are pro-rated for month of activation, monthly in advance and based on a full billing month at deactivation. There is no roll over of unused minutes or text messages. All postpaid plans will automatically renew once your initial subscription period ends.

Do SIM cards come activated?

Your SIM card will be shipped inactive. Once you receive your sim, visit the activation page to initiate your service.

How do I activate my SIM?

Once you receive your new SIM card, contact us when you are ready for your card to be activated. Activation requests can be made 24 hours per day, 7 days per week via the SIM Activation Page.

How is this SIM shipped?

We offer free shipping anywhere in the world on all Iridium SIM cards. Free shipping is by standard first class mail and does not offer tracking information. We also offer Express Economy and Overnight Delivery.

What is +1 Access and how can I add it to my account?

Similar to Two-Stage Dialing, +1 Access provides Postpaid subscribers with a U.S.-based +1 phone number in addition to their existing 8816 phone number. As the 8816 country code can be difficult to dial in certain parts of the world and can generate high call charges, +1 Access enables simpler and less expensive calling to an Iridium subscriber. +1 Access can be added to any Iridium Postpaid account.
