This is our most popular Iridium plan by far. For those using the Iridium service within Canada and Alaska, the value can't be beat. This plan offers 200 voice or data minutes, or 400 outgoing text messages or a combination thereof.

- Six month plan, can be used seasonally, or year round by topping up prior to expiry.
- Unused minutes carry forward by topping up prior to expiry for up to 36 months.
The minutes are valid for 6 months from activation and roll over as long as you renew prior to expiry. A grace period of 270 days after the minutes are used or 270 days after expiry. Prepaid Units Expiry:
Prepaid units cannot be extended for more than three years beyond their original purchase date.
- Prepaid units carried over due to account recharging will be expired from a user’s prepaid account balance on a daily basis three years from their original purchase date.
Expiry Period:
The expiry period is 6 months from date of initial activation or 6 months from the date of recharge.
Unused minutes are lost the day an account exceeds its expiry period and will not be returned, even in the event the account is recharged within the grace period.
Grace Period:
The grace period of the Northern Lights voucher is 270 days from the date of expiry. "Grace Period" is defined as the time between when prepaid account has expired and when the SIM is deleted from the Iridium system.
During the grace period:
- All calls and SMS are blocked. The account will stop functioning on the day after expiry.
- SIM can be reloaded within the grace period and phone number is retained. Unused minutes will NOT be recovered as all units are lost the day a prepaid account expires.
After the Grace Period, Iridium will delete all SIM data from the system, which means a new SIM card will be required and a new phone number will be assigned.
Restrictions:
Northern Lights vouchers cannot be used outside of Canada and Alaska.
